Characteristics
- According to the electrophoresis painting process, 6 phase rectifier with filter or 12 phase rectifier with filter shunt reactor are adopted. Guaranteeing that the target for wave index of DC output shall meet the requirement, vital to painting production line, on low output wave.
- For stepping immerging static electrophoresis production line, during the electrophoresis process, it need the DC voltage from low to high, output by time, by section, every section of voltage and working hour can be set according to the electrophoresis requirement. Based on this, thisproduct has function of output voltage on section, users can set easily in the instrument the voltage and time of every section(the number of section can be set by user, and the voltage in the section can be regulated). Users need only to gice order at the beginning of a process(input-switch signal). The electrophoresis process will be completed by section automatically. When a process is finished, the output voltage will automatically return to zero. In condition that there is no voltage, it will move away from the pain fountain.
- Working at stabilized voltage. Current limiting stop: According to the electrophoresis process requirement, the machine in normal operation is in stabilized voltage, this can ensure the coating thickness and adhesive capacity, but as the parts are moving on the conveyor it is possible the parts are not stable when they get into the fountain, which lead to a sharpincrease of the electrophoresis current, to deal with this, the control system of the rectifier is designed with both voltage and current closed loop control. When the parts are moving normally, voltage and current is within the normal range, the recrigying cabinet is at stabilized voltage. When there is a current sharp increase caused by the abnormal part movement or some other reasons, the system will switch to currentlimiting operation, this not only protects the smooth running of the painting process, but also prevents rectifier malfunction caused by overcurrent.
- Main control panel with KDW-06 type anti-jam ming and high power digital circuit control system is of strong anti-jamming capacity, and high control precision, good stabilization and reliable operation.
- When any abnormality occurs, this power supply featuring funtions of lack phase, overtemperature, overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit proof can protect the whole equipment and minimize the damage, and give off siren by sound, light to enable the maintenance worker to make judgment and deal with the problem.
